Report an issue

Here, as a tenant, you can report faults, defects, or submit complaints related to your apartment, commercial premises, or common areas. To help us handle your request as efficiently as possible, please describe the issue in as much detail as you can.

Please include:

• What the issue or fault concerns

• Where in the property the issue is located

• When the issue first occurred

• Whether the issue is urgent (e.g. water leakage, electrical faults, or loss of heating)

If possible, please take photos or other relevant information to assist us in addressing the matter when we reach out to you. All reports are registered and handled as soon as possible.
